Google more is good, but more is better

Internet Explorer vs. Firefox
Ancestor Search wrote about the Google Toolbar back in May of 2007 and recently, Eastman’s Online Genealogy Newsletter lauded Google Toolbar’s usefulness. I’ve used the Google Toolbar in Microsoft’s Internet Explorer. The highlight feature is quite handy, however, I prefer to use the Mozilla Firefox browser with its Search Engine add ons. Google search is without a doubt top notch, but the Mozilla Firefox add on will allow you to utilize several search engines. “More is good but more is better.” Mozilla browsers also may highlight words and phrases for you in a document. I like Mozilla Firefox’s ability to open multiple tabs much like in Yahoo’s Toolbar, but with more Search Engine power. My Mozilla add ons offer Google, Yahoo, AOL, sphere, technorati, ESPN, Ixquick, Answers.com, wikipedia and a dictionary. There are many search engines to use on the internet . . . not just Google. Limiting searches to the Google Search engines would be like eating peanut butter without jelly.
