Server issues

USGW and LAGenWeb use genrecords.org for user submissions.  This was in my email this morning:

Hi all,

We appear to have a problem on genrecords.org, can everyone where possible
use genrecords.net or poppet.org for submissions, until we have resolved the
issues.
